How does Anywhere, Anywhere Technology Work
The primary method to deliver digital ads precisely to a targeted individual is to use the IP address associated with their physical location, e.g. a home or apartment AND it only works while the person is "at home."However, when a phone is connected to a cellular network, it continually checks the signal strength of nearby towers and communicates that information to the network. In theory, when a phone’s connection to a cell tower drops below signal strength of a nearby one, the network will switch the phone to the new tower and obtains a new IP address, negating the ability to connect with that individual.
Fortunately, our brilliant engineering team have solved the problem and "anywhere, anytime" was born.
This proprietary technology is underpinned by the devices mobile id which does not change when moving between towers.
TIP: Not getting your target market properly articulated will probably not satisfy your expected traffic and conversions goals; and result in wasted advertising dollars. Casting too broad of a microtargeted voter audience diminishes the concentration of your message.
